Born and raised in Vienna, Rmf grew up on a crossover diet of Classical, Contemporary, Jazz and Electronica. It was his fathers general appreciation of music that led him to the just emerging breakbeat sound at young age. Almost 6 years later he found himself in a club, hearing Drum’n’Bass on a large rig for the first time. Although you may argue about how things turned out for most of DnB after 2000 it was the beginning of a healthy love-hate relationship.

Ultimately he started mixing up genres and creating music to push the boundaries, merging the electronic with the instrumental. It’s all about different speeds and a good balance between samples and synthesis, old and new. The best of both worlds.
